These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the phlagi platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using phlagi, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

phlagi is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is prohibited under Philippine law and phlagi policy.
Each player may hold only one active phlagi account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR regulations apply to all gaming activities on phlagi.
phlagi provides deposit limits, session controls, and self-exclusion tools. Use them. Gambling is addictive — know when to stop.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlagi ("phlagi," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phlagi online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the phlagi website and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

To access the full features of the phlagi Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) active account on phlagi. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phlagi employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phlagi reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, forfeit any bonuses, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, phlagi is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by phlagi may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account promptly. phlagi shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlagi account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phlagi will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
You agree to notify phlagi immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. phlagi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
phlagi strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. This adds an additional layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
Any activity conducted through your phlagi account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified phlagi of a security breach.
phlagi accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players:
All transactions on phlagi are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phlagi does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind.
Deposits are credited to your phlagi account balance upon confirmation of receipt. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day to reflect in your account. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. phlagi processes GCash withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
phlagi reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the phlagi account holder.
Player funds deposited into phlagi accounts are held separately from phlagi's operational funds. This segregation ensures that player balances are protected in the event of any financial difficulty affecting phlagi's operations.
phlagi offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
phlagi reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting technical errors, using prohibited betting patterns, or colluding with other players. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at phlagi's sole discretion.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phlagi Platform without the prior written consent of phlagi.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlagi, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
phlagi's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon termination of your account, any pending bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and compliance checks. phlagi reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation.
You may request the closure of your phlagi account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
phlagi collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the phlagi Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. phlagi complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines.

phlagi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phlagi will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phlagi Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and phlagi, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phlagi's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform operations, phlagi's decisions — made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process under PAGCOR guidelines.
